Running Impatica viaDock

To run Impatica viaDock, double-click the Impatica viaDock application icon on your computer.

Note: The first time that you run Impatica viaDock, you will be prompted to accept the terms of the license agreement and enter your registration information.


Important Note: with the current release of Impatica viaDock (Windows Only), you must first install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager (DTM) on your Windows PC before running Impatica viaDock for the first time:
  1. Download the DTM from here: http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/desktop_pc.jsp
    Or you can simply do an Internet search for "BlackBerry Desktop Manager download Windows"
  2. Install the BlackBerry Desktop Manager software. You do not need to launch the software, we simply require the drivers.
