Instructions

Click the "Installer" link above;

Select an appropriate location for the downloaded file;

Uninstall any previous version of Impatica for BlackBerry Enterprise Server;

Double click on the downloaded setupImpForBES.exe;

Follow the on screen instructions;

Follow the registration and configuration instructions in the Impatica for BlackBerry Enterprise Server Administrator Manual.

Instructions for upgrading to the latest Impatica Presentation Viewer for use with Impatica for BlackBerry Enterprise Server can be found in the Impatica for BES Knowledgebase.
