1. How do I copy impaticized presentations to my Sony Ericsson handheld?
Files can be copied to the Sony Ericsson device using the PC Suite software that came with your device. If your phone is connected using File Transfer mode you may select the drive associated with your phone as the Save Location. If your phone is connected in Phone mode you must copy the file to your device using the Sony Ericsson File Manager functionality.

If you have an impaticized presentation on your Sony Ericsson handheld that you want to copy to another Sony Ericsson handheld you can use the Infrared or Bluetooth functionality of your handheld to send it to the other handheld.

Converted presentations may be copied anywhere on Phone Memory or a Memory Stick. The Impatica Viewer will search everywhere on Phone Memory and Memory Stick for converted presentations.

The "Phone Transfer" mode is the recommended method for transferring presentations as it does not require a device reset to exit this mode. Also, the error handling appears to be more robust if any connection issues are encountered. One drawback is that it is slower to transfer files in "Phone Transfer" mode versus "File Transfer" mode.

4. I copied a presentation to my handheld but it does not show up in the Presentation List. How do I add it to the list?
You may need to select the "Refresh" option to update the list of presentations if it is copied to the handheld after the Impatica Viewer application is launched.

If you select the "Information" option for a presentation it will state the full path where the file is stored.
