Holiday Greeting Card
All work and no play? Not with Impatica for PowerPoint!
The staff at Impatica would like to wish you a very happy holiday season with this holiday greeting card complete with snow and music straight from Impatica's Ottawa office. In addition, we'd like to share the template card with you to help you spread some holiday cheer! A special thanks to Bob Tyler, Impatica's Solutions Architect, for giving Bing Crosby a run for his money.
To customize the card, simply edit the presentation in PowerPoint and impaticize (deselect all "Wait For Sound" options in Impatica for PowerPoint). If only holiday shopping was this easy!

OnCue—Animation Timing Made Easy!
Simple synchronization of animations to an external audio file
Audio-only Impatica OnCue presentations are useful when time or resources do not permit the use of video but you still want OnCue features such as a table of contents, scrolling text, keyword search, imported PowerPoint notes and synchronized audio.
Synchronization of audio with PowerPoint slides and animations is often much faster and easier to do with Impatica OnCue than with PowerPoint alone. Simply record your audio and OnCue allows you to precisely synchronize the audio to your PowerPoint presentation slides and animations. You can also display and synchronize your PowerPoint notes for added clarity.
Impatica is offering a complimentary audio-only OnCue template. This template does not have a logo or video area but offers a larger PowerPoint slide area as well as the other standard OnCue template elements. OnCue presentations made with this template can be branded by placing them in a web page that contains your own branding.
A copy of this template is available for download (zip format) from our website.
Complimentary Template Zip File Contents:
When the zip file is extracted, a folder named "Complimentary-OnCue-Template", will be created at the save location. Within that folder there will be two pictures of the template and the template itself (NoVid-CustomPPT-050421.imp).
One picture shows the template with an OnCue presentation running (NoVid-customPPT-pres.gif) and the other indicates dimensions for the template elements (shown above) (NoVid-customPPT.gif).

Impatica Screen Projector
Screen resolution explained
Impatica is now shipping Impatica ShowMate devices equipped with BlackBerry (4.3 and later device software) screen projection capabilities. Anything on the BlackBerry screen can now be projected wirelessly. Find out more >>
The ShowMate increases the BlackBerry screen resolution by four times; the achieved resolution depends on the handheld model being used. What exactly does this mean?
The Impatica ShowMate always produces 800 x 600 (SVGA) video output. Within that area, ShowMate scales the image of the BlackBerry screen to twice the height and width of the original BlackBerry screen.
The following output sizes are obtained:
8100 series device ("Pearl"): 240 x 260 BlackBerry screen image is enlarged to 480 x 520.
8300 ("Curve"), 8700 and 8800 series device: 320 x 240 BlackBerry screen image is enlarged to 640 x 480.
