Sony Ericsson Developer World Features Impatica

Informative article is great exposure for the new Sony Ericsson-ready ShowMate!

Sony Ericsson Developer World recently featured an article about the new Sony Ericsson-ready ShowMate. They have featured the ShowMate in their Fun & Downloads section, giving the ShowMate world-wide exposure.

ShowMate Gets an Upgrade

New web site and expanded possibilities!

As you may or may not know, the latest version of the Impatica ShowMate is compatible with BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Sony Ericsson handhelds. This is a huge step for our compact handheld accessory.

To accommodate the new supported handhelds, a new "Switch Views" feature has been included in our Impatica for PowerPoint desktop software. Before you impaticize your source PowerPoint files, you must select the proper view corresponding to the environment on which your presentations will be viewed. In the File menu, select Switch Views and choose one of the following:

* Full Edition—for viewing on Java-enabled computers;
* BlackBerry Edition—for viewing and projecting using a BlackBerry handheld; or
* Mobile Edition—for viewing and projecting using a Sony Ericsson or Windows Mobile handheld.

We have expanded our ShowMate web site to include Downloads, Getting Started Guides and everything else you will need to get mobile with your presentations; no matter what handheld you have!

You can find the new ShowMate web site at www.impatica.com/showmate. It is meant to be a "one stop shop" for all things ShowMate. If you have any questions about the new ShowMate, please feel free to contact support@impatica.com
