1. What is the maximum size of a presentation that we can project on the ShowMate?
The ShowMate has 32 MB of RAM. The impaticized presentation size should be well below this limit as RAM is required to playback the presentation.

2. What is the maximum resolution of images projected via the ShowMate?
The ShowMate can project a maximum resolution of SVGA (800×600).

3. Can the ShowMate support audio or video?
Currently the ShowMate cannot support audio or video in presentations.

4. What is the minimum specifications that will work with the ShowMate?
Windows Mobile handhelds (Pocket PC or Smart Phone) running Windows Mobile 2003 or later will work with the ShowMate. For transferring files from your PC to the handheld, you will need to have ActiveSync 4.2 or later.

5. I need to power my ShowMate outside of North America, but it seems the power adapter you provide is for North America only. Do you have an international power adapter?
The power adapter that was shipped with your ShowMate is compatible with several electric outlet formats. The image below illustrates how you would configure your power adapter for different power sources.
