1. I am upgrading from a previous version of Impatica for PowerPoint and my registration code doesn't work. What am I doing wrong?
With Version 4 of Impatica for PowerPoint, the license code mechanism has changed. You will need a new Version 4 registration code to activate the software.

Site and Department License Holders:
If you are entitled to a free upgrade under the terms of your Support and Maintenance agreement, your administrator should have received a new code by e-mail from Impatica. If you did not receive this e-mail or if you would like to purchase an upgrade, please contact Impatica at (800) 548-3475 or by e-mail at sales@impatica.com.
