How do I generate the HTML
required to send my impaticized presentation by e-mail?
Impatica
for PowerPoint will automatically generate the basic HTML
required to send your impaticized presentation as a streaming
e-mail. The e-mail HTML can be found within the "E-mail HTML"
tab of the Impatica for PowerPoint software. The "E-mail
HTML" tab will only become visible after a PowerPoint file
has been converted.
E-mail
HTML is created while uploading your impaticized presentation
to your server. Using the ftp settings you provide in the "Connect
to Server" dialog box, unique HTML code is written. This
HTML includes all of the elements necessary to ensure proper playback
on as many e-mail clients as possible, including a link to a web
page that will be displayed if the recipient's e-mail client is
not Java enabled. You may also wish to modify or add HTML text
and/or graphics to the e-mail message surrounding the area in
which the presentation will play.
To
do this, open the HTML document that was generated by Impatica
for PowerPoint using a text editor (Note Pad, Word Pad and Text
Pad are three common programs that may already exist on your PC.)
Make the required changes and re-save the document. Depending
on which e-mail package you are using to send the e-mail, it might
also be possible to edit the HTML and preview the results within
the e-mail program itself.

to your server and you need help with incorporating impaticized
content into an e-mail, please contact Impatica Customer Support

How do I generate the required
HTML to add my impaticized content to my Web site?
Impatica
for PowerPoint will automatically generate the basic HTML
required to play your impaticized content from within an existing
web page. The HTML to use for this purpose is the e-mail HTML
produced by Impatica for PowerPoint.
E-mail
HTML is created while uploading your impaticized presentation
to your server. Using the ftp settings you provide in the "Connect
to Server" dialog box, unique HTML code is written. This
HTML includes all of the elements necessary to ensure proper playback
from within an existing web page.
Using the e-mail HTML, copy the appropriate portions of the HTML
and insert them into position within your Web page. In most cases,
it should be sufficient to copy only the portion of the HTML that
appears between the <applet> and </applet> tags; plus
any alignment and/or position tags to properly position the presentation
within that page.

you are not using Impatica for PowerPoint to upload your files
to your server and you need help with incorporating impaticized
