• ShowMate Updater:
  Use this software to update your ShowMate firmware via USB.
  

Impatica Viewer:
The Impatica Viewer for Palm OS must be installed on your Palm smartphone before you can load and project presentations. The file is not located on your ShowMate CD-ROM and must be downloaded. Release Notes (.pdf file)

• To install from your Windows computer:
  1. Download the Impatica Viewer application (ImpaticaViewer.prc) from the Impatica Website;
  2. Connect your Palm smartphone to your Windows PC and launch the Palm Desktop. Within the Palm Desktop select the Quick Install option in the left-hand panel;
  3. Within the Quick Install dialog box, ensure the correct user is selected in the drop down menu on the top right;
  4. Drag the file ImpaticaViewer.prc to the Handheld section of the Quick Install dialog box;
  5. Click the HotSync button on the Palm USB cable to install the application.
  
  Once the application is installed on your smartphone, it will appear on the home screen.




• To install OTA (over-the-air) from a Palm OS smartphone:
  1. Launch Palm Blazer Web Browser from the home menu;
  2. In the address field enter www.impatica.com/iv and select Go;
  3. Select the link for the prc file under the Palm OS section;
  4. On the Download screen, select Save to: Device and select Yes;
  5. Select Save;
  6. Download will commence;
  7. When prompted with "Do you want to accept "ImpaticaViewer.prc" into Applications?" Select Yes;
  8. Impatica Viewer will be installed to the Unfiled category of applications;
  
  Once the application is installed on your smartphone, it will appear on the home screen.
