Upgrade Eligibility


Site and Department License Users:

Please note that if you are using Impatica for PowerPoint under a site license you will need to contact your site administrator to obtain registration information for version 4.0. All site license administrators with valid Support and Maintenance Agreements have been provided with upgrade registration information.

If you are a department or site administrator with a valid Support and Maintenance Agreement and we have failed to provide you with new version 4 registration information, please contact sales@impatica.com or 1-800-548-3475 (toll-free in Canada and USA) or 613-736-9982 (international).


Single License and Multi-Pack Users:

In order to determine your eligibility for a free upgrade to version 4.0 you will need your registration information from your current version of Impatica for PowerPoint. To locate this information please do the following:

  1. Launch Impatica for PowerPoint;

  2. Click on the "Registration Code" button at the bottom-left of the window.



  3. In the resulting "Set Registration Code" dialog box, note the "Name:" and "Organization:" values.



  4. Enter the values in to this web form exactly as they appear in the "Set Registration Code" dialog box. The values must match in punctuation, spacing and case values:

    Organization:
    The new version 4.0 registration information will be sent to the email address associated with the license in our system. Should you require the information be sent to an additional email address, please enter the registration code for your current license as well as the additional email address below:

  5. Please select the platform for this license of Impatica for PowerPoint:



  6. Click the "Check Eligibility" button:

    The new registration information and download link will be sent to you via email. Should the information that you entered not be found in our system or if your license does not have a valid Support and Maintenance Agreement associated with it, you will be sent contact information for our sales department. You will also be offered the alternative of having a sales representative contact you.
