Impatica Inc. Announces 59% Revenue Growth in Fiscal Year 2007

For Immediate Release

OTTAWA, ON—Friday, July 27, 2007—Impatica Inc., an industry leader in the development and sale of hardware and software products that deliver multimedia content for e-learning and mobile presentations, today announced its audited results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2007. All figures presented are calculated in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) in Canada and are presented in Canadian dollars.

Revenue for the year ended March 31, 2007 was $2,213,064, a 59% increase from $1,393,388 a year earlier. The increase in revenue is primarily attributable to growing sales of the award winning Impatica ShowMateTM, a sleek pocket-sized device that enables PowerPointTM presentations to be projected from a handheld. Since the last round of financing was completed we had year over year growth of 126% in Q3 (from $262,974 to $594,625) and 173% in Q4 (from $326,902 to $890,900).

Net loss for the year ended March 31, 2007 was $2,135,315 or $0.18 per share outstanding and $0.11 per share on a fully diluted basis. Net loss for the year ended March 31, 2006 was $1,006,154.

Impatica had a cash balance of $169,566 at March 31, 2007, as compared to a cash balance of $57,720 at March 31, 2006. As at March 31, 2007, the Company had Accounts Receivable and Research and Development Tax Credits Receivable of $543, 817 and $782,391 respectively, as compared to $240,665 and $581,531, respectively, at March 31, 2006.

"2007 was a year of great achievement for the Company as we expanded our relationships in both our traditional software markets and ShowMate distributors," commented Michael Doyle, Chairman and CEO of Impatica. "Not only did we achieve strong revenue growth, we diversified beyond BlackBerry® handhelds by adding support for Sony Ericsson® and Windows® Mobile. We also established a strong distribution base by signing resale agreements with numerous carriers and tier one distributors around the globe. Impatica ShowMate is now sold either online or retail through Research In Motion, Sony Ericsson, Palm®, SprintTM Nextel, Telstra®, Alltel®, InFocus®, Mobile Planet, Tiger Direct, Expansys, Airport Wireless, Amazon.comTM and BlackBerry Den.

"Our financial performance reflects our commitment to finalization and market introduction of Impatica ShowMate. The 59% growth in revenue demonstrates strong demand for our products; whereas the anticipated short-term pressure on profitability is a result of extraordinary costs related to research and development and rolling out a new product. Over the coming months as our sales continue to grow, we will be implementing a number of actions aimed at reducing costs and increasing profitability."
