Ohio Learning Network and Impatica Partner to Launch a State-Wide Pilot Project

For Immediate Release

OTTAWA, Canada - Monday, September 19, 2005 - Impatica Impatica is pleased to announce a partnership with the Ohio Learning Network (OLN) to avail its award-winning e-learning software to educational institutions throughout the state of Ohio. The agreement provides for special consortia pricing on Impatica software for all OLN member institutions and establishes a new state-wide student licensing pilot program where students may purchase Impatica for PowerPoint software at deeply discounted prices through a secure web portal.

"We are excited to work with the Ohio Learning Network to ensure this pilot project is a resounding success for the OLN and its member institutions" says Michael Doyle, Chairman and CEO of Impatica Inc.

The partnership allows Impatica to deploy its highly successful consortia pricing and student licensing program to an audience of 66 OLN member institutions. In turn, participating institutions receive unprecedented pricing, support and flexibility.

"OLN is pleased to work with vendors to provide low cost e-learning solutions to Ohio faculty and students. Impatica provides a simple solution for faculty and students to publish narrated PowerPoint presentations online", says Cable Green, Director of Technology at OLN.
