OnPoint Digital Signs as Impatica Business Partner

Company Integrates Impatica Support into Core E-Learning Suite

Savannah, GA - January 27, 2003 - OnPoint Digital, Inc., an e-learning solutions developer and services company, announced it has signed on as a Strategic Partner with Impatica Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, OnPoint will add support for Impatica's Java-based media player allowing OnPoint's customers to easily incorporate compelling rich media content to OnPoint-based courseware. In addition, OnPoint will sell Impatica's industry leading tools and will actively promote these offerings to middle market customers looking for value-oriented e-learning offerings.

Impatica support allows OnPoint's customers to simplify the process followed by subject matter experts to create compelling content for their employees, partners and customers.

Impatica for PowerPoint and Impatica for Director convert existing files-including text, graphics, transitions, animation effects, narration and presentation interactivity-into a compressed format that is optimized for streaming over the Internet or corporate intranets. These presentations can also be synchronized with video and scrolling text, complete with indexing, navigation and search capabilities using Impatica OnCue.

By adding support for Impatica-generated files to the OnPoint Learning Suite, customers can now quickly and easily repurpose existing Microsoft PowerPoint and Macromedia Director presentations for online packaging and delivery. To facilitate content delivery, OnPoint has included integrated support for Impatica file formats as native asset types in the OnPoint Learning Suite, allowing plug-in free playback from any web browser accessing an OnPoint-based training course.
